How is this different than a phone app or other methods?

This system takes your entire fertility and gives you a full picture. Instead of relying on the calendar rhythm method to give you an estimate of when your window of fertility may begin, we look at one of your body’s biomarkers so that you can see when your fertility starts and ends in a clear and standardized way. There is no guessing with this system.
Unlike methods that involve taking your temperature and plotting it (which can be unreliable if you have an illness or a warmer blanket one night and only tell you when your fertile window is over) or using expensive LH strips that are unreliable for many people and do not account for double peaks, this method accounts for illnesses, double peaks, and much more. We provide information and instructions for any possible change or stage your body may go through and I will be there every step of the way to guide you through.

Who is the Creighton Model FertilityCare System for?

Anyone of any age and stage can use this system. From the beginning of your cycles as a young teen, to the stage of perimenopause where your cycles start to become less frequent and stable. The system can be used if you have endometriosis, PCOD, are postpartum breastfeeding, have anovulatory cycles, and more. The system is catered to you and changed as your life changes so that you can use it no matter what.

How do we begin?

After an introductory session where I give you information about your basic anatomy and physiology, how the charting works, and some more important information. you will begin charting every day. We will then meet every few weeks to solidify your knowledge. Eventually we will get to once a year follow-ups and you will have confidence in knowing your own body.
